As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives. You will be the face of the National Theatre Bookshop, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
