About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Next. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
