About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Transport For London. As a Visitor Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our visitors
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
