About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Transport For London. As a Visitor Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional service to our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our visitors
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

- Proven experience in customer service leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong coaching and development skills
