About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable leader to oversee all aspects of store operations at Sunglass Hut. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring excellent store management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Create a positive and engaging store culture that embodies the Sunglass Hut experience.
  • Establish a store environment that is commercially focused, visually appealing, and competitive.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, stock loss management, and cost minimization.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive growth.
  • Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including competitors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and embrace new technology.
  • A positive can-do attitude, with contagious enthusiasm.
