Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies, including visual merchandising, stock management, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store image.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel within a 45-minute radius of the store.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, retail, or related field preferred.
