Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to ensure excellent customer service and high sales standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive team performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure open communication and feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the Front of House area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
