Job Title: Security Supervisor

At GUK, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our site, ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the site is secure and free from any potential threats
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
  • Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems
  • Complete daily occurrence books and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement security protocols
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a lead/supervisory security role
  • Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service delivery and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor License
  • Valid First Aid at Work and Mental Health First Aid at Work qualifications
