Job Title: Door Supervisor

Accolade Security is seeking a well-presented and professional Door Supervisor to join our team at Exclusive Venues across London.

Rates up to £16 per hour depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive experience for all guests, liaising with venue management, accurate incident reporting, Covid compliance, and working to the venue security documents.

The Door Supervisor will oversee the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitor venue targets, support the team in reaching their potential, and ensure venue security plans are appropriate and adhered to.

About You

You are a motivated, confident, and effective individual with an outgoing personality. You will be an individual who:

  • Takes pride in a smart appearance with impeccable personal presentation.
  • Has a personality and delivers great customer service.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult conflict situations from a bill dispute to an ejection.
  • Shows maturity and reasoned decision-making in high-pressure situations.

During the screening process, you must be able to provide evidence of a 5-year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon request.

A Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role.
