Job Title: Head Door Supervisor

Accolade Security is seeking a well-presented and professional Head Door Supervisor to join our teams at exclusive venues across London.

As a Head Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, and ensuring venue security plans are appropriate and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and positive experience for all guests
  • Liaise with venue management and security teams
  • Accurate incident reporting and Covid compliance
  • Monitor venue targets and support the team to reach their potential

About You:

  • A motivated, confident, and effective individual with an outgoing personality
  • Takes pride in a smart appearance with impeccable personal presentation
  • Delivers great customer service and demonstrates the ability to deal with difficult conflict situations
  • Shows maturity and reasoned decision-making in high-pressure situations

Requirements:

  • Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence
  • 5-year employment/education history and references available upon request
