About the Role

Bramacare is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team.

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of service users and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with acute mental health needs
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Lead and support regular patient feedback mechanisms to ensure high standards of care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance and audit processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC
  • Experience working in mental health services, preferably in an inpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Language

This role requires fluency in English (en-US).
