About the Role

The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled CBT Therapist to join our team of mental health specialists. As a CBT Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-intensity interventions to adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related problems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-intensity interventions to adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related problems.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based psychological treatments.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of the service.
  • Participate in regular supervision and in-service training to ensure continued learning and development.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification and registration in a recognised mental health profession.
  • BABCP accreditation as a CBT/Therapist.
  • Theoretical knowledge of CBT/Therapies and the application of appropriate models of practice, according to client need.
  • Excellent communication skills with a range of people in a variety of both clinical and managerial settings.
