Global Captive Client Service Manager

AIG's Multinational business provides multinational insurance solutions for global customers, empowering them to navigate cross-border risks with confidence and consistency. This role delivers customized, compliant, and seamless solutions that support clients' risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service reinsurance requirements for a portfolio of multinational gross and net line captive accounts.
- Coordinate across functions in AIG's network to obtain accurate information on intercompany movements, policy issuance, reconciliation issues, and remittance flows.
- Onboard new and renewal accounts, ensuring correct system setup and operational processes.
- Monitor and execute premium administration of assigned portfolios.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proactive approach to maintain high standards, accuracy, and meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
