The Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a major international client engagement as the Client Service Director, responsible for strategic advice, client service delivery, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Aon relationship for one of Aon's largest global captive management appointments, assuming responsibility for strategic advice, client service delivery, and excellence.
Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards.
Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required.
Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met.
Deliver best practice and strategic innovation.
Support the development and implementation of Aon's own strategic objectives.
Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities.
Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry.
Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills.
You should be from either the insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors, professionally qualified (CII, ACII, or equivalent).
You will also need to be willing to travel to the UK, Isle of Man, and internationally to represent Aon in various client meetings.
Proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects is essential.
Possessing a keen eye for detail and accuracy is also vital.

Location:
The location for this role will be based in the UK, Isle of Man, or Ireland.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
