**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Development Worker in Malvern Hills. This exciting role involves developing and delivering Family Learning courses to families across Herefordshire, promoting bonding and attachment between parents and children.

As a Community Development Worker, you will be responsible for supporting participants to build their confidence, motivation, skills, and promote positive relationships with their children. You will also maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including professionals from government, statutory, community, and voluntary organisations.

**Key Responsibilities and Requirements**

  • Develop and deliver Family Learning courses to families across Herefordshire
  • Support participants to build their confidence, motivation, skills, and promote positive relationships with their children
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Have a teaching qualification and Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification
  • Have Level 2 maths & English
  • Have good administration skills
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)

**Salary:** £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
