Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team in Herefordshire. As a key member of our Assessment Team, you will work closely with children, families, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective responses to referrals. Your expertise in assessment, report writing, and caseload management will be crucial in making informed decisions about the best support for each child and family.

Responsibilities

As a Social Worker at Hoople, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and investigations to determine the most appropriate support for children and families
  • Developing and implementing effective case plans to address the needs of children and families
  • Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in statutory social care
  • Strong assessment and report writing skills
  • An ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
