Social Work Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and qualified social work professional to lead our children's services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers and family support workers, ensuring the highest quality of supervision and case direction.
The successful candidate will have significant post-qualification experience in child protection and court work, with expertise in PLO pre-proceedings, care proceedings, and adoption work. They will also be committed to providing relationship-based and restorative practice, with a focus on improving outcomes for children.
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in shaping the future of our local authority's children's services. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career growth within our organization.
