Social Worker Role

We Manage Jobs is seeking a dedicated Child Protection Professional to join our team in Herefordshire. This exciting opportunity involves working with vulnerable children and families, providing support and guidance to ensure their well-being and safety.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, conducting home visits, and collaborating with other professionals to develop strategies that promote positive outcomes for children and families.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Legal Team to complete Court applications and participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss cases and provide support.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £40,235 - £44,513, plus a market rate supplement of £5,000 per year. In addition, we provide a welcome payment of £5,000 after 6 months in post and a relocation package of up to £10,000.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in statutory social care
