Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in sales and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing strategies to meet client needs, and driving long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building trust and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop Business Strategies: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to meet client needs, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities within the current client base.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • CRM Software Skills: Strong understanding of CRM software and its application in client relationship management.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving shared goals.
