About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Packer to join our team at Dechra. As a Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe use of machinery and equipment in our packing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack products to the highest quality standard, compliant with regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Packing batch documents.
  • Attend and participate in in-house training and on-the-job training programs.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness.
  • Identify and report any safety or quality issues to senior staff members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff members.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety Compliance.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated GMP environment.
  • Understanding of QMS principles, including CAPA, CC, and NCR.
