The position of a Packer at Dechra entails maintaining the equipment utilized and adhering to all production and sanitation protocols with precision. Key responsibilities encompass managing components, bulk, and finished goods, packaging products in accordance with GMP standards, and contributing to the achievement of daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package products to exceptional quality standards while complying with regulatory guidelines
  • Adhere to SOPs and batch documentation, participate in training sessions, and ensure the safe operation of machinery
  • Uphold cleanliness, report any concerns, and follow safety protocols
  • Keep machinery clean and in optimal working condition
  • Ensure housekeeping standards and personal hygiene are consistently maintained
  • Promptly report any safety or quality concerns
  • Assist with any other reasonable requests from supervisory staff

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Proficient time management and communication abilities
  • Experience in manufacturing settings and batch production
  • Familiarity with RCA methodologies and Quality Management Systems
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous
