Solve Complex Challenges in Freight and Supply Chain

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per year

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Freight Business Growth Expert to join our Amazon Freight team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting European Shippers to our service and owning and growing Shipper engagements.

Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. We provide innovative technology-driven solutions for the logistics needs of small and large businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new potential customers to use our products and services
  • Identify new segments and unlock new customer base with best-in-class service
  • Maintain a high level of engagement from our Customers and proactively identify the challenges they are facing
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio
  • Be the voice of the customer (Shipper) to guide product development and iterations
  • Identify and lead new projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve shipper experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
  • Experience of solution sales within the supply chain industry: road freight, e-commerce or WMS would be an advantage
  • Italian, Spanish, French or Mandarin preferred
