Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the M&E consulting and contracting sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the M&E consulting and contracting sectors, including main contractors, plumbing and heating contractors, and merchant branches.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and contracts department to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide sales support and guidance to merchant partners, including sharing pipeline opportunities, sales performance data, and sales development agendas.
- Represent the Venatu Recruitment Group brand at trade events and exhibitions, as required.
- Proven sales experience in the specification sector, with a successful track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong technical knowledge of heating systems and a graduate or graduate-calibre qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work from home and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation.
