Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Smart10 Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee onboarding and offboarding, contract drafting, and maintaining accurate office records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract drafting and review.
  2. Produce high-quality letters, reports, and other documents as required.
  3. Coordinate work experience placements and handle childcare vouchers and reference requests.
  4. Support HR tasks, update HR processes, manage absences, and assist with projects.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  2. Strong IT skills, with a working knowledge of Excel.
  3. Organized and efficient, with a high level of attention to detail.
  4. Sympathetic and understanding, with excellent literacy and grammar skills.
  5. CIPD Level 3 or qualified by experience in a similar role.
  6. A-Levels or above.
