Public Health Nurse Safeguarding Lead

The Named Nurse for Safeguarding Children and Adults will play a critical role in supporting the safeguarding team to discharge its statutory duties and responsibilities. This will involve working across the safeguarding agenda, producing high-quality analytical reports, and providing safeguarding health specialist advice within the Serious Incident process.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain confidentiality, adhere to data security and data protection principles, and be expected to undertake ongoing professional and personal development in line with the responsibilities of the post.
They will work autonomously with significant discretion to occupational and organisational policy, including multi-agency safeguarding policies, procedures, and protocols. This will require them to be able to plan and organise a broad range of complex activities, analyse and interpret data to draw conclusions, and provide clear and concise information to stakeholders.
The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
