As a Specialist Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor), you will be part of a dedicated team working tirelessly to improve health outcomes for children, young people, and families.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to lead Preparation for Birth and Beyond groups, providing expert guidance and support to new parents. You will also work closely with our Clinical Triage Team to develop innovative solutions and implement evidence-based pathways. Additionally, you will design digital platforms to enhance collaboration with children, young people, and families.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus generous annual leave and access to NHS discount sites. Employment is conditional on confirmation of the right to work in the UK.
