Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients across the Leeds district.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for public health and a desire to improve health inequalities. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities and backgrounds.

This is a full-time position that operates Monday to Friday. The estimated annual salary for this position is £32,000 - £43,041, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outpatient clinics, both in the community and hospital settings. You will also supervise treatment, including directly observed therapy in patients' own homes.

The successful candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver clinical and nursing care that covers all age groups. They will also be required to have a valid driving licence and access to an appropriate vehicle.
