Teaching Position

We are seeking an Education Equity Coordinator to join our team at Sy3. This role involves creating an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive curricula that cater to diverse learners.
  • Monitor and improve teaching methods to ensure high levels of student engagement.
  • Work with colleagues to promote inclusive teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a college or school.
  • Maths and English qualification.

About the Salary:

The salary range for this position is £30,000-£34,500. We also offer a range of benefits, including 23% employer contribution through the Teachers' Pension Scheme and 35 days of holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
