We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administration Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our operational team, ensuring the smooth delivery of cleaning services.

About the Role

  • Assist the operational team with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, ordering materials, and managing staff records.
  • Ensure accurate site records are maintained at all times, and performance reviews are completed as per company policy.
  • Support the identification of training needs and assist with the control and delivery of staff rosters.

What You'll Need

  • A clear understanding of delivering cleaning services and good knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel.
  • Strong customer focus, self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and supportive team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Benefits and Qualifications

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including two paid volunteering days annually and access to hundreds of exclusive deals and discounts.
