The role of an Administrative Coordinator with Octavia Development Services Limited is to provide exceptional administrative support to the Asset Compliance team.

Job Description

This is a critical position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Compliance team, including preparing documents, managing records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze management information to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and statistical information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase/works orders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Compliance team in monitoring and managing the delivery of asset compliance services.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Produce minutes from meetings and maintain records of discussions.
  • Raise purchase/works orders promptly and accurately to enable works to be carried out and budgets to be monitored.
  • Identify support needs of customers and work with relevant teams to address these needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to raise purchase/works orders promptly and accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Customer service experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with contractors, tenants, and staff.

The salary for this role is £46,800 per annum, based on a 7-day working week at £119 per day.
