Objective and Key Results Technology Consultant

We are seeking a skilled OKR Performance Specialist to help us create and implement OKRs and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OKR methodology and be able to coach and support leaders and employees on effective OKR creation and implementation.

The successful candidate will have a degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar subject, and possess strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement. They will also be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.

The role offers a national salary of circa £80,000, London salary of circa £90,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. The bonus opportunity is 12% of annual salary, and the pension scheme is generous, with Aviva contributing up to 14%. The role also includes 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and the option to buy or sell up to 5 days. Additionally, the role offers up to 40% discount on Aviva products, and other retailer discounts, as well as up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through the Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with the Save As You Earn scheme.
