It's crucial to ensure that every customer receives top-tier service, their insurance needs are fully met, and all actions align with Agency goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet commercial telephone sales targets while building a strong pipeline of new business through high-quality, targeted customer interactions.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring data is regularly reviewed and updated for accuracy.
- Identify and reach out to potential new clients to drive business growth.
- Support the business development team's campaigns by managing call volumes and converting leads into viable opportunities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a telesales, sales, or appointment-setting role.
- Proven ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate and use NFU Mutual systems efficiently.
- Solid numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of managing workload independently and performing well under pressure.
- Excellent team player with the ability to build strong relationships through positive conduct, honesty, and integrity.
- Must have own transport and a full UK driving licence.
