**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust in Richmond, Southwest London. As a Year 2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Assessment: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our Year 2 students.
  • Classroom Management: Implement effective teaching strategies to engage and inspire students, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, share best practices, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
