Inspiring Reception Teacher for Richmond School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Teacher to join our Wayman Learning Trust school in Richmond, Southwest London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development.
- Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students', parents', and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour.
- Communicate effectively with students', parents', and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.
About You:
- You hold QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and have a strong academic record.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent.
- You possess indepth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- You can create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students', parents', and colleagues.
- You possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- You have a passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
- You are flexible and adaptable, able to meet the changing needs of the school and students.
