Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ODTC/Contact Lens Clerk in Wrexham Maelor Hospital's Ophthalmology department.

The post holder will provide a confidential and supportive administration service to patients, clinical teams, carers, and external agencies. This role is essential in supporting the provision of a safe and efficient patient pathway and providing information and support to families and carers.

Main Duties:

  • Provide high-quality typing and administration services to support the ODTC/Contact Lens Service in managing patients' medical case notes and maintaining effective filing systems.
  • Support patients along the defined patient pathway.

Requirements:

  • Able to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
