Payroll and Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our client's established HR team. As HR Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of core HR and payroll functions.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. They will also be required to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver seamless integration of new processes across the firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of HR and Payroll Administrators
- Providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Key requirements include:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in an HR Operations role
- Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
