About the Role

As a Support Worker at Autism Initiatives, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports individuals with autism to live as independently as possible and be part of their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism in their daily lives, promoting health and well-being, and enabling them to maintain their home.
  • Encourage participation in community activities such as local walks, trips to the park, swimming, or going to the cinema.
  • Promote health and well-being, and support individuals to maintain their home, whilst also encouraging in-house activities such as cooking, arts and crafts, and gardening.
