Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional care to our service users. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assisting with medication management
- Providing practical support with shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Following individual care plans to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills
