Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Jollyes The Pet People. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, creating a positive and productive work environment that promotes our values of being Genuine, Wise, Eager, Focused, and Together.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including team management, store standards, customer service standards, and financial performance.
- Ensure the highest standards of pet care and promote responsible pet ownership.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a great shopping experience and displaying strong pet and product knowledge.
- Recruit, motivate, train, and develop your team, reviewing and managing performance to promote Jollyes as an employer of choice.
- A passion for pets and people, with a proven track record in retail store management.
- Previous experience in managing a team, with a focus on customer service and business growth.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build high-performing teams.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in developing business performance and exceeding KPIs.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to manage your P&L and have a proactive approach.
