Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Endeavor. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management
- Provide vision, guidance, and support to the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, motivation, and morale.
- Oversee the effective management of store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure that store standards are maintained, including housekeeping, security, and loss prevention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and promote products.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Represent the Endeavor brand in a professional and positive manner, embodying the company's values and mission.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the brand and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
