I C Talent is committed to providing exceptional education to pupils with SEMH needs. We are looking for a skilled Educational Mentor to join our team and make a significant impact in the lives of our students.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The successful candidate will design and deliver effective education to secondary-aged pupils, promoting their academic and personal growth.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour within an educational setting. A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one is also required.

Key responsibilities include assessing student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
