Teaching Personnel SEN Teacher Role
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join our team at our Wisbech site. This is an excellent opportunity to work with children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing tailored education and support to help them thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within SEN/SEMH settings, ideally with children aged 7-16.
- Strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with additional needs.
- Passion for inclusive education and making a lasting impact on vulnerable learners.
Salary Details:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
