Wine Development Manager Job Description

Corecruitment is seeking a Wine Development Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional in the Prestige Drinks Sector, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the Wine range.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the Prestige Drinks Sector in London or multiple on trade.
  • A strong connection and network would be preferred.
  • Proven track record in delivering growth in the drinks industry.
  • A customer-oriented approach to account management which aims to exceed expectations.
  • A strong and assertive style to self-management and motivation.
  • Able to negotiate, deliver training and competently explain a alcoholic product range.
  • Must be able to drive.
