About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support services to our clients, focusing on social, medical, and personal care needs. This may involve:

  • Social Support- Accompanying individuals to community events, promoting their engagement and inclusion.
  • Medical Support- Assisting with medication administration and monitoring.
  • Personal Care- Supporting daily routines, including showering, dressing, and arranging professional visits.
  • Practical Support- Encouraging daily living skills, such as household chores, meal preparation, and shopping.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care. A valid full UK driving licence is also essential for this position.
