About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Advocacy Coordinator to join our team at Hestia Housing Support. As an Advocacy Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing advocacy services to individuals who have experienced Modern Slavery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and guidance to residents to help them access public and private services
  • Conducting regular key work sessions with residents and recording all interactions on case management system
  • Liaising with emergency services and reporting incidents within strict timeframes

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage service user expectations
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
