Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our Lloyds Banking Group team. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You will be working as part of a dynamic team, handling inbound calls and providing support to customers with their banking queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and provide a positive experience for customers
  • Support and assist customers with all aspects of their personal banking, including bank transfers, direct debits and digital banking support
  • Promote channels such as Internet Banking and ensure that customers are aware of and have access to the bank's complete range of services
  • Problem solve and take ownership of each query, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
