Compensation: Your salary for this position will be determined based on your level of experience and qualifications, with estimates ranging from £26,000 to £32,000 per annum. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students with ASD or related traits.
  2. Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them build confidence and self-regulation skills.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
