Key Responsibilities
This role requires a strategic Governor with a background in property and capital development to join Repton's Governing Body. As a property and capital development expert, you will provide oversight and guidance during Repton's significant phase of growth and investment. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the future estate, advising on major projects, and ensuring effective and transparent reporting. You will work closely with the COO and Estates Bursar to achieve this goal. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development and evaluation of Repton's long-term strategy, providing constructive challenge and support to the executive team, and engaging with school life beyond Board meetings.

About the Role
As a member of Repton's Governing Body, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the School. You will work closely with the Governing Body, leadership team, and other stakeholders to ensure that Repton remains at the forefront of education. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding the School through its key phase of growth and investment. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
