About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing and Activities Facilitator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.

Your duties will include devising and implementing engaging activities, working closely with our management team to drive occupancy, and promoting our Facebook and PR presence. You will also be responsible for getting to know our residents and their families, as well as planning events and trips, community engagement, and professional events.

With your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach, you will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community. We are looking for someone who has excellent planning and people skills, with any similar experience being ideal. However, we also offer training and development opportunities to help you develop your skills and progress your career with us.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, retail discounts, and unlimited referrals with our Refer a Friend' bonus scheme.
