**Position Overview**: We are seeking enthusiastic School Facilitators to join our team on a national level. As a School Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people as they tackle real-life business challenges set by some of the UK's largest companies. Through interactive workshops and activities, you will inspire and educate students about their future career pathways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guiding students through real-life business challenges set by prominent UK companies.
- Facilitating group discussions and activities to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Providing mentorship and support to students as they develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Enthusiastic and energetic individual with outstanding communication skills.
- Experience working with young people in educational or youth-focused settings (e.g., actors, teachers, entertainers).
- Passionate about helping students explore and pursue their career aspirations.
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of students.
