International Business Development Lead

Aspire Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled International Business Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, developing custom Technology Solutions for national clients.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in technical sales positions, with a minimum of 3 years experience selling Sensor products, components and modules. They will have a strong understanding of the Electronics Industry, with experience working with Distribution or OEM's. Additionally, they will possess excellent business acumen, knowledge of customer bases, markets and applications, and be able to build strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business development strategies for Sensor products
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
